With so much change happening around us and in our lives, it is no surprise that so many of us are feeling so drained and tired. As the earth is going through its changes, our bodies are also shifting on all levels. This can increase the stress on our systems causing us to feel exhausted. Some of you may even be finding it hard to sleep despite the fact that you are so tired or wake up feeling as if you have not slept at all! According to Celia Fenn, “Archangel Michael explains that there are three different processes that cause the fatigue. These are emotional body cleansing, detoxification of physical and subtle bodies and the development of our multifunctional consciousness.”

Much of our clearing of blocks, old patterns or programs and trauma occurs during our dream time. With the development of our multifunctional consciousness we are developing the ability to sleep and be partially conscious simultaneously allowing us to do this important releasement work in our sleep time. Processing and releasing old patterns and trauma is hard work. It involves not only the releasing of blocks, patterns and trauma but also releasing all of the toxic energies associated with them. Many of these toxins release through o9ur physical body. The following are common symptoms of toxin release: Increased elimination through our bladder and bowels, digestive disturbances, pain in joints as acids release, increased toxin release can place stress on the kidneys and liver which demonstrates itself through the appearance of dark circles under the eyes, headaches, and feeling rundown.

To help you work through this process quickly and smoothly here are some tips:
Eat healthy, the closer to the Earth the better (don’t forget to express gratitude for the blessing of sustenance)
Drink lots of water to help flush out those toxins
Exercise
Stay grounded – it can be easy feel spacey and disconnected when adjusting to the ability to having a full multifunctional consciousness experiencing different dimensions simultaneously
Make sure to take time to rest and relax – delegate tasks to others allowing you time to take care of yourself
Seek the assistance of an energy healing professional to aid you either in person or via distance work in releasing blocks, cutting cords and clearing your subtle energy bodies.

Take time each day to meditate or contemplate even if it is only 5 or 10 minutes.

Clear yourself and the space around your daily and invoke the protection and assistance of the Archangels and your spiritual guides.

In these times of great change it is all about taking care of you! You are the star of your movie! If you don’t make self care a priority you will not be able to shine your bright light to assist others in their journey.
