Spring Is Here!

Spring is here! The trees are green and have filled out with leaves. The plants are flowering. All around us is the Earth’s miracle of growth and renewal. This month we are focusing on the topic of manifesting health. Health and wellness are present in all areas of our being including the physical, emotional, spiritual and energetic levels. Health not only refers to dis-ease and illness, but also to maintaining a state of wellness. By harnessing the power of manifestation to create health we are able to experience this miracle of growth and renewal within ourselves.
No matter what you are manifesting, it starts with a thought in your mind, your imagination, a desire, that is then manifested as a circumstance in your physical reality. This is the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction is always working whether you are conscious of it or not. Whatever you focus on, whether it is your desires, or your fears and concerns, this will filter through your thoughts. Your thoughts are also lined up with what you believe, desire and expect to happen, which adds the power of emotion to your thought. This creates a vibrational magnet that will cause what you focus upon, what you think about, to then manifest within your reality in some form.
Often times we get what we feel is an unexpected or undesired result. This occurs as a result of unconscious beliefs or misaligned thoughts that create dissonance or resistance in our vibrational field. Any blocks in the manifestation process can be removed by bringing your unconscious beliefs into consciousness and reprogramming past patterns of thinking. Everything we do, everything we create, is based on our belief system. What we believe is true, is true.
Below are several simple techniques that can help you in reprogramming your thinking and beliefs, bringing yourself into vibrational alignment with the state of health and wellness that you desire, or whatever it is that you are choosing to manifest.
Creative Visualization – This is a technique often used by athletes around the world! Creative Visualization is different from daydreaming. When you daydream you are watching a future scene unfold from afar. Creative visualization is done in the first person and the present tense. Visualize the scene of your desire unfolding all around you and engaging all your senses. How does it feel physically, emotionally, how does it smell? Taste? Sound? What does it look like?
Positive Affirmations – This technique is effective to reprogram your motives and beliefs. Affirmations are most effective when repeated in a quiet and restful state of mind and body and when the desired outcome can be vividly experienced through creative visualization bringing the emotions of your fulfilled desire into your present consciousness.
Energy Alignment or Healing – Working with energy modalities such as Reiki, Pranic Healing, Crystal Therapy and others, can be effective in releasing old programs, patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving you. These modalities will also assist you in installing new beliefs and bringing about higher levels of vibration. The higher your vibration is the quicker and easier you will be able to manifest change in the area of your life you are focusing on. Also, you will find that all areas of your life will begin to shift, improve and simply fall into place as you maintain a state of high vibrational energy also called a positive biofield.
Angelic Guidance and Healing - Calling on the healing angels Archangel Raphael, Archangel Azrael and Archangel Jeremiel, and asking for their assistance in healing is also a very effective method to utilize in healing yourself physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually.
