The luminous energy field organizes not only the physical body, but our external reality as well. It informs and predisposes us to certain kinds of relationships, certain kinds of illnesses; to meeting certain kinds of people, to being in the automobile that had the accident or, alternatively, the one that just missed it! The indigenous peoples of the Amazon teach us that when we are able to clear the imprints of the luminous energy field – we are able to experience freedom. We cannot do this through intellectual understanding. We do it through a direct engagement with the energy.
Our physical body is surrounded by a luminous energy field (like an aura) which is an invisible matrix that holds the imprint of all our karmic, personal and ancestral memories, traumas and wounds. These imprints can become activated to mirror a personal history that repeats itself by compelling us towards behaviors, relationships, accidents or illnesses that replicate the original trauma. An Illumination is the shamanic clearing of the negative imprints in our luminous energy field; it is an ancient energy healing technique that comes from the Q’ero shamans of Peru, the descendants of the Inka.
An Illumination is helpful when:
- You feel stuck in a behavioural pattern which continues to repeat itself
- You are struggling to heal from traits (health or emotional) that are part of your ancestry
- Emotional traumas of your past continue to haunt you
- You do not respond well to other healing modalities
In the Inka tradition of Illumination, the imprints to the luminous energy field appear as sluggish energy around the chakras. During the healing, the heavy emotional energy of the imprint is drained through the chakra, and then the imprint itself is erased through the use of focused intention and breath. When the imprint is erased, we are no longer informed by the wounds of our past or ancestry.
While the Illumination Process combusts most energies in the Luminous Energy Field, some toxic energies can crystallize, becoming nearly material objects, which are impossible to metabolize through the Illumination Process. They are like petrified wood, which no longer burns. These crystallized energies embed themselves in the physical body. Amazon shamans believe that crystallized energies are the result of black magic or sorcery. I have found that these energies can be caused by anger, envy, or hatred directed at us by another person. Sometimes they are also energetic remnants – memories of how we died, how we were hurt, or how we were killed in a former existence.
When we are under a continual barrage of negativity, the defense systems of the luminous body can become overwhelmed. Negative energy directed toward us can crystallize and embed itself in the physical body. This happens over a period of weeks or months. These energies do not belong to us and because the energy has become nearly material, it must be extracted manually. The extraction must take place only after an Illumination has cleared a client’s Luminous Energy Field.
A second Illumination should always follow an Extraction. This changes any affinity for the energy/entity and completes the healing. If the affinity isn’t changed, another intrusive energy/entity may seek the client out. An Extraction is a bit like a divorce. You can throw the bum out, but unless you change your affinities, you will end up marrying another.

Reiki is not taught in the way other healing techniques are taught. It is traditionally transferred to the student by a Reiki practitioner with an awakened energy system. Through the Transfer or "Attunement", the principle of resonance causes the recipient to awaken their energetic body. This process opens the crown, heart, and palm chakras and creates a special link between the student and the Reiki source.
The Reiki attunement is a powerful spiritual experience. The attunement energies are channeled into the student through the Reiki "Master." Kundalini is the coiled base energy at the root of the spine. When this energy is tapped, specific healing channels and chakras are opened, and you gain access to the unlimited healing energy from within yourself and the environment. The root chakra is the energy centre located near the coccyx and serves as portal for the Kundalini energy. The stimulated energy shoots all the way up through the body, through the main microcosmic spinal channel, and out of the Crown chakra.
An open Kundalini system ultimately cleanses the chakras, the body parts and the energy channels.
Kundalini Reiki 1: The first attunement opens the healing channels to allow channelling of Reiki energy. At the same time you are prepared for the Kundalini awakening in attunement 2. This is a particular energy stream that Linda Vaughn became aware of while working with Isis one day. She works with Isis’s Blue Moon because that is the main visualization she uses to connect with this energy stream. This energy stream has 2 main aspects; cool/soothing, and cold/freezing. The Higher Clearing Ray energy is a higher octave of the celebrated Violet Flame of Transmutation. It is a finer, subtler clearing energy, sourced from the sacral chakra on the soul level of the energy field. The ray and center are mint or sea foam green in color. Whitelight Self Empowerment TM is a very powerful form of energy that heals, empowers, and clears your aura and chakras. It works with all chakras, not just the 7 major ones. Violet Flame Reiki is a form of Reiki channeled from Quan Yin to Ivy Moore while meditating upon Quan Yin and wishing to develop better healing skills. Violet Flame Reiki has four attunements and Ivy Moore received approximately 40 symbols with the Violet Flame Reiki.
Quan Yin, also known as Kuan Yin, Quan'Am (Vietnam), Kannon (Japan), and
Kanin (Bali), She is the embodiment of compassionate loving kindness. As the
Bodhisattva of Compassion, She hears the cries of all beings.
This form of Reiki has a warm compassionate feel to it. It offers wonderful healing to both spirit and body when used. You should be attuned to at least Usui Reiki II before using
this modality, because of the use of all the symbols involved. It is a very easy energy to use, you would use it the same way you use Usui Reiki, only using the different symbols.
